Pour Package
$1100 (after 65 guests, $17/person)
Beer, Wine, and Champagne Service. You bring the alcohol (shopping list and alcohol calculator provided by us based on guest list), we bring everything else: bar tools, garnishes, aesthetic satellite bar with umbrella, compostable cups, straws, and cocktail napkins, NA beverages, ice and coolers, flavored water station (herbal, cucumber, citrus) back bar set up, and professional TIPS certified bartenders (if above 125 guests, 3 bartenders required). 4 hours of service + set up, breakdown, and bar trash/recycle removal. Includes general liability and liquor liability insurance. We also offer wine and beer pairing guidance to match your menu along with champagne service, either as a welcome drink or passed for toasts.
Cocktail Package
$1800 (after 65 guests, $27/person)
Everything from the pour package, plus two additional custom signature cocktails (see menu for ideas).
With our premium cocktails, most ingredients and mixers are scratch-made in house. Local Hawaii ingredients include cold brew Kona coffee, Tahitian lime juice, cream of coconut with cane sugar, ruby red Honoka’a grapefruit juice, Meyer lemon syrup, Wahiawa pineapple juice, fresh ginger syrup, lava and citrus salts, fresh grated nutmeg, and more. For PNW seasonal events, we lean into fresh berries, wild rose, and herbal syrups. We utilize ingredients at the height of their season to make the freshest bespoke cocktails to delight your guests. Garnishes include fresh and dehydrated fruit, edible flowers & orchids, flower petal confetti. Please see menu for suggestions!

We aim to enhance the beautiful areas in which we serve (Big Island and the Pacific Northwest) through our aesthetic bar set-ups, keeping the bar lines moving, drinks cold, all guests (drinkers and non-drinkers alike) happy, while making sure your VIPs (mother of the bride, Grandma) are getting extra TLC - sparkling water with fresh lemon, no ice, in a glass?
